The point is that when looking at statistics in connection with my various fantasy teams I noticed that he was doing far better than I had expected. I thought I would share the information on this forum. I thought it might interest some people on this forum, because he was a Red Sox player. I also give updates ocassionally about Manny and other former Sox players. Does this bother you?

13-10 4.97 ERA. Where is Wily Mo. BTW I supported the trade when it was made, but it reinforced for me that you never trade an accomplished young starter that has won 10+ games a couple of years in a row for a guy who is a position player who is considered a project with raw ability. What was I thinking. I am happy for Arroyo.

Rookie got hosed on that call. Did you see how long it took for the ump to call it. It's almost as if he looked at who was batting before he made the call. Lowrie is having a rough day at the plate too, but he still managed an RBI.

Cora hit that about as far as he can hit it. Warning track power. Cash singles. 2 on and 22out again. This time they get a timely hit from Ellsbury to score a run.

Pettitte is being beaten like a pinata by the Blue Jays. In the 2nd inning the Jays are up 4-0. I hope the Yankee fans are enjoying the last summer weekend at the beach. BTW Nady is a terrible outfielder -

I was at that game. Melky robbed Manny of a Home Run.

Since his low point on June 24th when his record was 4-7 with a 6.52 ERA, he has gone 8-3 with 8 Quality Starts in his last 11 Starts. He has also lowered his ERA for the season by about a 1 1/2 runs. His season record stands at 12-10 with a 5.07 ERA for a really crappy team in a little band box. He's also on pace to surpass 200 innings for the 4th season in a row. He's won 10 or more games in 4 of the last 5 seasons. He's remained a pretty solid back of the rotation guy.

I didn't know that Kotsay was this type of all fields hitter.

I never thought much of Kotsay as a hitter, but he has been looking pretty since we got him.
