Because if he had tested positive, he would have been suspended. Duhh! A testing program with suspensions has been in place after 2003. Did you listen to the press conference? One of the facts given was that Papi has tested about 15 times since 2003 and his results have all been negative for PED's. He also voluntarily subjected himself twice to the stricter Olympic standard of testing for the WBC and he passed those tests as well. Did you come here to be an uninformed irritating moron? -
