    Exactlty, the Utility IF guy if going to be Lowrie if he stays healthy. Hulett has zero chance of making the opening day roster unless there is an injury to Lowrie, Scutaro or Pedroia. Hulett will be the utility guy in Pawtucket.

    I thought he was older. A 4 year $36 million contract is what we gave that puke Lugo. Figgins is 100 times better than Lugo.

    I know that nobody agrees with me, but if petey goes to SS, I'd like to see Figgins at 2B. He would be the best offensive catalyst for the Red Sox since Damon 2003-2005. He would supercharge the offense.

    If Pedroia moves to SS would the Sox attempt to plug the 2B hole by signing Figgins? He couldman 2B for one year and slide over to 3B afterward. I hate the idea of Adrian Beltre.

    You and Example will get along splendidly. Here's something to consider. If the Red Sox take a pass on RH, and the Yankees sign him, how many World championships do they win in the next 3 years?

    If the Red Sox don't pull the trigger on a deal for Halladay, I wouldn't be surprised if the Yankees swooped in and got him. That would firmly establish the Yankees dominance in 2010 and maybe for a few years beyond.

    I never start any name calling... ever. If i do it, it is always in retaliation. I have zero tolerance for Yankee band wagoners coming here and acting like this with a couple of dozen posts. He should be banned as I was not the only one he spewed insults at yesterday. Some how you equate my opinion of Babe Ruth with a personal insult. It is not. You need to know the difference. I call out my Red Sox brethren when they step over the line on the rule, so Yankee trash should expect the same.
