No, because you don't know the rules of the game. That is a much more fundamental disqualification than a judgment call regarding the lineup.

The fielder can let the ball bounce first and turn a double play. That is completely legal. It happens a lot on bunts that are popped up. The fielder will let the ball bounce in an attempt to turn two. It is not legal to intentionally drop a ball that has his the fielders glove. Gosh, I am glad that you don't manage the Red Sox.
