No one blew it, it was a hard fought game, whose highest point differencial happened to be 18. Jets picked up momentum, Pats took it back, then Jets, then Pats, and ended on Jets. Its just tireing to still need to see a 8 min TD drive be answered with a 1:03 TD drive of equal length. Oh well, I got the win.

The Patriots played MILES better than I expected. When it got to 24-6, I just got ready to laugh in the Pats face. With Tom Brady, I wouldn't but I wasnt about to buy in to the Matt Cassel Hype, I was wrong. I still admit hes no Brady, but he did some kinda wonderful in the 2nd without Moss really being a factor cuz the Jets greatly underrated DBs were shutting him down. But in the end, I cannot be upset, because Favre did what Pennington couldn't and led us on 2 Game Winning Drives and tagged with Keller and Coles, got us to first place for the first time since 2002 that I can remember. And on note, that game needs to hold like 5 of the top ten plays tomorrow with a toss up between Moss' catch and Cotcherys 1 handed, pass interference catch!!(Moss'll probably get it)

I used to give my Jets thoughts, why not slide back into that action. The Jets could be good but their not going that way. Their 4 wins are vs Mia, Arizona, Cinn, and KC all s***** teams and their losses are against Matt Cassels first game Patriots, 0-3 at the time Chargers and s***** Raiders, they've sucked this far. They need to have one big game at the Bills this upcoming week to make a statement because I feel its not unlikely that the East homes 3 Playoff teams, not that hard at all, but if the Jets keep playing down to teams levels and then losing based off those levels, then their just shooting themselves in the foot. If they can get their playcalling up from 's*****'(where its at now), to 'acceptable' then I have no doubt Favre will be able to pull through in his unsure-sore condition to lead us to the play offs. But they need to get it together now, because I believe their next 5 games are @ Buffalo, vs Rams, @ NE, @ Tenn, and vs Broncos........ouch.

Wow, real good game pitched by Lester. And the sox did a good job of making the yankees pay for their mistakes. I though it seemed wierd that every matchup in this series was a rookie vs a vet, but yesterday, it worked for the sox. Hopefully today, it can work for the Yankees. Unfortunatly, Rasner and Lester arent really comparable, hopefully the Yankee bats can go to work early. I'd like the Yankees to win at least one of the next two because Im going to Sundays game, and I'd enjoy it to be for either a split or a series win, so Lets all enjoy a good Fourth of July day game between the Yankees and the Red Sox!!

So I wonder if this could give the Jets more of a chance. Everyone knows that the Pats are coming in wanted to kill us, and understandably why. I think these conditions could make this a good game to watch, not so much to play. I think as long as the Jets dont run up the middle or throw only predictable, then it could be a good game. well have to see

For a little Jets input. It seems like Clemens is being turned into Pennington. I thought the point of taking out a QB with not much of an arm who made 2 yard outpass and hung recieves out to dry with a young gun was the go deep. Ive seen a transition in which their just trying to ride Jones and Leon, and we dont have that good of and O-Line to do such. But Cotch and Coles and (oddly enough) McCariens can surly catch passes, so send it out to them, but on that note, dont send deep ones to Brad Smith, I love the guy and he can do almost anything, but deep recieving with tight coverage is one thing he cannot do, Ive seen him drop too many to want to see that. As for the Browns game yesterday, its not been two striaght years the Jets were screwed out of a TD, just yesterdays was and early one, not a late one. In case you missed it, Clemens ran a QB sneak on 4th and 2 from the 4 and I had the perfect seat to see the ball cross the plain but they called him down at the one, and the Jets didnt challenge because they probably expected a TD anyways, but then they had a goal line INT and that would have been a huge difference, oh well, gettin a better draft pick i guess. But back to game plan, Jone running up the middle on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd down isnt working...throw deep...throw to Cotch, hes a play maker! Now for the Jets-Pats game!!>>? Whose ready to see the Jets get that upset? I know I am. lol, well actually, I have a feeling the Pats are going to want to win likw 77-2, and the safty only be because they wanted to kickoff and pin the jets deep and have a shorter field when they stop them, but who knows, we went into NE last year and won. And if anyof you know me like I think you do, you do know my biasness expects the Jets to win, the only problem is you cant, like litterally cannot, beat the patriots by less than 10, its just not possible, so well have to see. Ill say either 54-13 Pats or 33-21 Jets

Its a sad year to be a Jets fan. So much excitment going into the season, I really thought we could have done something...but the only win weve managed is vs the Dolphins....awsome.Its sad because we had so much talent, and it wasnt even Pennington, he did well in games this year, but the defense is allowing like 20 points a game, and then pennington gets the ball with 2 minuets and 90 yards to go, he cant always pull that off. It seems though this was his end as starter, seeing that Clemens was put in in the 4th. I guess that could be good, having him go the last half of the season as starter, and get him ready for next year. If its the case, hell get some easy teams like the Phins, then get his challeneges like the Steelers and Pats. So I guess I got to accept the fact this was a terrible sports year for me, and look forawrd to next year.

I dont see them putting him at starter just yet. I know hes been up long enough to be able to start without much issue to it, but I think they'd wait until they were in another pitching jam like they yearly are to try and stick him in as a starter.
