    Naah, when I said "nice to see", I was happy that someone noticed my username, that's all. I just joined two hours ago as it is. :dunno: And about bernie, it's sad that Puckett got in with similar offensive numbers and bernie might not get in, but Puckett was also an amazing CFer. So I keep things in perspective, don't you worry. But dont get mad at me when I see bias from one of you guys, either. I just want to have some good clean discussions, that's all.

    Nice to see you picked up on that . It could mean bernie, but he's not a hall of famer (at least, he won't get in), so I guess it could also mean Randy Johnson's old number too. I didnt want to do a cut and dry "yankeefan72364274627846" or "yankeesrule111", that's boring :thumbdown (No offense to other yankee fans o fcourse)

    I wouldnt have too much confidence in foulke yet, maybe he gets back into 2004 form by the end of the season, but right now if I were Francona my guys would be Timlin and Bradford.

    I guess pedro martinez pitching in a pitchers park, and chacon being a curveball pitcher pitching in a hitters park where the thin air prevents the breaking ball from breaking has nothing to do with that?

    That was pretty much one of the most biased posts I've read all day. Playing for the rockies for four months would have nothing to do with the W-L record? Granted, he had a bad game against the Mariners where his curveball wasnt working, but if you consider how well he did previously and factor in his state of mind with pitching in NY and dealing with teh media, he has the ability to be dominant for the Yankees. I dont think anyone should jump ship because of 1 bad start after 5 or 6 stellar performances.

    They're alll three of them great offensive players, only thing I think gives A-Rod a slight edge is his defense has actually been as valuable as his offense since June.
