    7.1 to 6.8 in favor of WAR for Semien ESPN leaders Fangraphs has vladdy at 6.7 and Semien at 6.6 Like I said, you could argue that Vladdy wasn't the best on his team.

    I'm not sure why a lot of people are complaining about Erod starting. Who else is going to start? Sale and Nate can't due to rest. That leaves Erod, Pivetta and Houck. Erod has been good down the stretch and good in Tampa this year. Houck threw a couple of clunkers down the stretch before the perfect 5inning he threw against the Nats. This was a no brainer

    That's too bad. Was hoping for the Cards to win. That way it would have put pressure on MLB to potentially change this stupid wild card format

    Exactly. If we look back at 2018, Joe Kelly was a beast that particular playoff run and Cora used him perfectly. Robles could be on that type of run. I'd rather put him in the game rather than Ottavino, Richards, Perez, Darwin and even Sawamura

    Boone isn't the reason the Yankees are done. Only reason the Yankees made it this far is because of that long win streak they had. Your team had no hitting this year aside from Stanton and Judge. And even with Stanton and Judge your team only batted just over 230.
