  1. if he was a marquee player the yanks would have kept him, f*** i remember when it was playoffs time he was like bellhorn struck out all the time .hes not worth anywhere close to 8 mil. career 280 BA ,320 OBP what a player. Oh wait lets check the postseason stats 233 BA , 287 OBP . real nice in the clutch. i dont like him at all. I dont know how he's been on the all star 4 times allready, way overated
  2. well dallas had plenty of chances in this quarter to close the gap more than they did, but there shooting to many 3 point attempt.dam!
  3. well 19 point lead in the fourth quarter i think its over.unless denver only scores 10 points wich i doubt it ,they have been pretty hot shooting in this game
  4. well i guess it looks like the streak is gonna end tonight for dallas
  5. well they are playing the same crappy team that the spurs are playing ,and you have to remember the NBA sucks this year ,theres only 7 good teams total. And i said earlier dallas is a different team this year ,they have a WAY BETTER DEFENSE,wich is why i think they might take it all
  6. manny actually hit 292 last year , i think its a pretty good prediction
  7. 1 year is a big difference when your gonna offer 20mil,wich is what i heard they were gonna offer him.But pedro and johnny wanted to much, but yet your gonna offer 20 mil to a guy who could be done on every pitch,it dont matter if its a year or not 20 mil is way to much
  8. mavs win again lastnight big time, 112-76 over shaq and the heat . Wow did they ever look good in that game. 13 in a row now ,and all of those win held their opponants under 100 points. The mavs are for real ,the difference betwwen this year and last year is that this year they a great defense ,wich will make a big difference at the end.I woulnd be surprise if they take it all this year
  9. i dont know if its just me but theres not too many good teams in the NBA this year, the only good teams i see in the east is the pistons, heat and the cavaliers, and the west the spurs, mavs, suns and the clippers. Everybody else is fighting to stay above 500. wich is gonna lead to a crappy first round of playoffs
  10. id like to see the mavs take it all this year , they have had great seasons for the last 5 years, but cannot seem to perform in the playoffs, so hopefully they will come tru this year
  11. dont forget about the mavs
  12. do you realize that the pithing over there probably sucks, so i wouldnt get too excited until he see's some good pitching from the majors
  13. well f***, they offered him 44 for 4 . do you think 1.5 million a year extra would have mad a big difference in the sox wallet?I dont ,thats how much more it would have cost to keep him,WOW thats alot more, especially some of the salary the other sox players were getting ,dont blame him for leaving
  14. the pats?? when are you gonna realize that the pats just werent good enough this year
  15. I agree , now in my opinion i wouldnt pay him 17 million a year either wtf the guy is 43 ,wich means its risky cause he can start sucking at any time ,and hes bound to loose his velocity pretty soon, and how long can his body hold up,and i dont think he can pitch 200 a year anymore
  16. WTF they have instant replay they can see it in slomotion too. now you cant possibly honestly tell me that was a TD.if so your a steelers fan
  17. certainly does, it tells me that refs did a poor job and the NFL had to come out and cover their asses
  18. pistons beating the eastern conference lineup.HA!i dont know why the pistons are the talk of basketball, the 2 best teams period are in the western conference the mavs and the spurs
  19. would you look at that big ben admits that he didnt think he crossed the line http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/5313884 there you see it even the player admits it ,so there you f***ing go
  20. idont even why im arguing with you guys im not even a fan of one of the 2 teams , just trying to make a point that the officiating was crap, and i cant beleive no one else thinks that, if it was the patriots playing in that game and got screwed like that this topic would be 30 f***ing page long of whinning
  21. yeah ok .Bettis, hmm isnt that the guy who fumble on the one yard line against the colts? , and big ben who had that great game ( 8 for 20 ,120 yards and a pick ) yeah thats a gimmee eh?
  22. excuse me the reason hasselback trew the f***ing INT he was forced on a 3rd and long by of corse the stupid penalty on 2 plays earlier that should have not been call ,seattle should have been on the 2 yard line ,and also how can you get penalize for making a f***ing tackle, does that make sense to you?
  23. nothing is guaranteed in this game weather its an inche or a yard
  24. oh really ,what makes you say that ,they failed the first 3 time to punch it in and they were only 3 yards away for the touchdown
  25. on the first play of the second quarter. Peter Warrick ripped off a 33-yard punt return to give Seattle the ball at the Steelers 46. But Etric Pruitt was called for holding. How clear was it? Well, Madden thought the call was for Pruitt holding the gunner at the beginning of the play. It wasn't. The flag came in during the runback and it looked pretty minor. Another example of an official searching to make a call. 2.The Seahawks were on the verge of taking a 17-14 lead early in the fourth quarter when officiating disaster struck. Hasselbeck had drilled a pass down the seam to Jerramy Stevens to set up first-and-goal at the one when suddenly Leavy appeared in the middle of the screen to call the play back on account of holding on Sean Locklear. No less a source than newly minted Hall of Famer John Madden came right out and said it was a bad call 3.After a sack, Hasselbeck threw a pick and then was penalized 15 yards for making the tackle. I'm not kidding. The same thing happened in the Indy-Pittsburgh game in the regular season. It's like the officials become so discombobulated during the change of possession that they just randomly start throwing flags. The call was that Hasselbeck had thrown an illegal block below the waist on the return. Never mind that Hasselbeck wasn't trying to block anybody and did, in fact, make the tackle. Just another terrible call that cannot be reviewed in Paul Tagliabue's NFL 4.with the Steelers trying to run out the clock, Leavy granted Roethlisberger a timeout, even though the play clock clearly read zero before the quarterback signaled for time. It ended up being the final bad call in Seattle's coffin. 5.oh and dont forget that apparent pushoff on the first quarter ,f***ing please both players were fighting for posotion 6.Their first three big plays were all wiped out by penalty calls. On their second drive, Darrell Jackson caught an 18-yard pass on 3rd-and-6 that would have given Seattle a first down at the 23. But Chris Gray was called for holding James Farrior. When Farrior pushed upfield, Gray did hook him with his right arm, and Farrior went down. When referee Bill Leavy flagged Gray, it was a bad omen for the Seahawks. Instead of being on the edge of the red zone, they came away without any points is that enough>?
