    i agree ,i remember when he lost the cy young award zito that was BS ,the only thing zito had better on him was 23 wins compare to 20 ,pedro had him beat on every other stats ,he should have 4 cy youngs insted of 3

    the lockout dosent matter ovechkin went to play for the russian league while the lockout was on so technicaly this isnt his rookie season ,as i remember correctly Gretzky got screwed in a similiar way by not winning it cause he played in the AHL the year before. Much more deserving? he only has 4 more points total the crosby and as i mentioned crosby is playing on the crapiest team and on top of that he is the youngest to score 100 points , its a well deserve tie if you ask me

    calder theres an interesting one i beleive there should be a tie between ovechkin and crosby . seing that technicaly this isnt ovechkin rookie season and the fact that crosby is the youngest player ever to score over 100 points in a season by doing so with the crapiest team

    indeed. its gonna be verry competitive,alot of good teams in it ,the team with the worst record in is tampa with 43-33-6 wich is a pretty good record so i dont think there will be to many sweeps
