  1. I was more in favor for him to be a starter than Whitlock. I never had a problem with him being a starter
  2. Houck could go all the way. He's been quite efficient
  3. I don't even think it was a balk but I'll take it
  4. Casas ripped that one but foul unfortunately
  5. Devers is more concerned to hit 500 Foot Homeruns than just making contact
  6. In 4IP with Worcester- 8 hits, 7ER, 6BB which translate to 3.5 WHIP. This should bold well when he comes to pitch
  7. Whitlock is officially on the 15 day DL which will probably end up being more
  8. Can this management stop this experiment with Whitlock as a starter? It's obviously not working out. He would better off being a lock down reliever like he was before who can go 2 innings
  9. Lol Yoshida. Casas on deck representing tying run. 2-0 count and swings on a pitch that would have made it 3-0 and then promptly whiffs on a pitch outside the zone. So much for his plate discipline
  10. Got to like this team. Pitching was holding down the forth but no offensive support and the day the offense puts up 7 runs the pitching allows 10
  11. Especially if O'neill is out for a bit. Fun fact, as of today he led OPS in ALL of MLB.
  12. Oh I'm sure it's even less than that. A lot of corporate seats that are empty but because the tickets have been bought they count it towards the attendance
  13. That's not very good. Doesn't this stadium hold close to 38K?
  14. Prior to this game the hitting was 22 in OPS and 22 in OBP. Imagine if you took O'neill out of the equation
  15. He's been brutal despite the defense. He's allowing way too many baserunners
  16. Wink has been brutal this year. His WHIP is just about 2 in 10 IP
  17. If O'Neil is out for a bit this team is screwed without his bat in the lineup
  18. Did O'neil call for that ball on the collision with Devers?
  19. He sure is. He's now on pace for a whopping 30 extra base hits for the year
  20. The fundamentals on this team is mind blown
  21. That was a quick 7-0 loss
  22. About to be 7-7 and have only played one great team so far
  23. They will be near the bottom again this year at this rate from what I've seen so far
  24. Kind of hard when you don't have certain superstar to follow. In the early 2000's you had Nomar, Pedro, Schilling, Ortiz and then Pedroia came along and then Betts, Bogey and now there's just really no one that's a fan favorite. Like there is literally not one player that would buy a Jersey
