    If Ellsbury couldn't win it with the season he had 2 years ago he's def not in the mix yet for this year as his offensive numbers are not even close to that season.

    lol seriously? I can easily name 10 AL players who would finish ahead of Ellsbury in the MVP race. You have to remember that the MVP doesn't account for defense and mostly for offensive numbers.

    Its BS that Arod gets to play in the appeal progress. The season will be over by the time it's all sorted out and what if Arod catches fires and goes on a ridiculous hitting streak and pushes the Yankee's into the playoffs? That would not be fair at all.

    The pop up screw up added about 10 pitches on his pitch count, otherwise he would be at about 60 pitches through 4 witch would be pretty good.

    Iggy is not the best starting SS for any team. After his fluke start where he got lucky with a bunch of fluke infield single he's now back to normal with a whopping 457 OPS in July

    According to repports, if Arod tries to appeal his suspension he will get a lifetime ban from MLB and apparantly he is going to appeal it. Is this guy an idiot? especially when he still has 60 MIL left on the table after 2014.

    Ellsbury has 4 HR , let me say this again 4 HR. Aside from his 2011 season he has not reached 10 HR in a season. I wouldn't throw too much money at a CF who can't hit for power.
