    I don't blame Cora for all these mental mistakes. Players in the MLB should know how to run basses properly as you learn that as a kid. Players with these mental lapse just shows how the player is. When a player does this on multiple occasion then obviously it's on him. This is all on Bloom and not Cora. That's how I see it. Bloom is the one who constructed this roster with these Players who appear to have a lot of mental lapse

    I agree with this. Sure he had a nice run this season but look deeper in his metrics and he's not that good. His barrel rate and hard contact rate is terrible. He has the potential to be VERY bad, especially once these weak ground balls and bloop singles stop working for him

    He's far from big papi. Pump the breaks there. Papi had a 956 OPS with the Sox with 145OPS+ plus. OBP 386. It's not even close

    He's better off on the bench. Last 23 games played he has the following slash line 200BA/215OBP/278SLG and a whopping 493 OPS. 18 hits and probably 10 of them were weak grounders that found a hole or bloop singles.

    Raffy has been in the league for a bit now. What you see is what you get. Some players are just not good defensively and nothing will change that.
