( loved him but his days are pretty much done )...He'sonly 37...checkout his stats forcomplete games only...extrapolate them...and see what numbers you come up ...and whatever team does that for next year will have a great player defensively and offensively...don't forget he could pitch too!!! Yeah..it's a bitch that Pinhead Penguin didn't play him the last week straight through as I had suggested he's only 47 or so I'm 60...So what do Iknow... One win more in that last week would have been a tie and a playoff with the Yankees ... Two wins and we would have been Division Champs...and chump coach plays Millar 3 or more games to lose the all. One last thing...I did state that if he didn't play Olerud the final week...Bosox would lose and I also said... "Mark my Words"...well...enough said...sorry guys but incompetent coaching and not using experience leads to 2 measly wins from the whole shabang! I'll follow Olerud and good luck to you loyal fans...it's been unreal. whacky...have a good winter and watch Montreal Canadiens!

Just wanted to thank everyone again! Was just here for a short time...in summary...I truly believe that had Pinhead Penguin coach played Olerud all the time we'd still be in there...but that is pure wishful thinking based on an experienced player! Good luck to all of you and...yeah...I feel real badly about the turn of events! But that's life...anybody in Boston want to set up a dunk tank for Francona and make a million bucks? I'd like to thank all members here who read my posts...I've been a livelong Olerud follower and doubt that he will be with Boston next year...So thanks again for your companionship and comments and good luck to the Bosox next year...whackyzach! To be truthful...if Olerud hadn't hurt his foot by his own action...Boston would not have won 4 in a row! Go BOSOX..go Olerud

3 games in a row are not impossible if that Pinhead coach does the right thing and give Olerud a few games in a row so he can do what he can do...like win games for BOSOX! When will he ever learn that you can't keep a great player on the bench then put him into a game in the 8th or 9th innning every 3 games down the stretch. I have always had faith in Ole but the way he has been treated here it is definitely difficult for him to perform to his full capacity. Millar was put in the 6th spot days ago and what does Pinhead penguin do yesterday...Puts him in position 8...what a F'n MORON! Hey Pinhead Penguin coach...put Millar in there again and say GOODBYE to the World Series...sorry guys and ladies but I have to go and shoot myself again...I missed the last 2 times. :dunno: Go Bosox!!! Tough road ahead.

I think he has potential and is a good player...but even a Pee-Wee knows to put the glove to the ground or block it with your body! We all make mistakes...I certainly have.... but damn I don't make that kind of salary! Let's just hope that without Millar we can win the next 3 games...GO SOX! But if Tito Peckerhead Penguin coach plays Millar in the next game...we are KAPUT!!!!

Years ago and even 10 years ago I went to Tiger/Briggs Stadium in Detroit where I saw Maris hit his 58th homer in the year he hit 61. I liked the stadium but on our last vist some 10 years ago...although it was stlll a beautiful historical ballpark to me...the new Comerica Park is a 99% improvement...you can see the entire field from any seat with no obstructions and it is just a beautiful park. Never been to Fenway but even the announcer said that as he was leaving the premises he was confronted with a small cat sized rat in the alleyway! GO Johny O GO SOX!!!

Will Pinhead Penguin Tito wake up...what is the point of putting Olerud every third game into the 8th inning? Is he doing Olerud a favour ..makes absolutely no sense... he f'n up playing that Millar guy as I've said many times before? Please play Olerud through the rest of the series if you want Boston to win! Could someone who has the stats knowledge PLEASE look up all the games that Olerud didn't play in and see how many games Bosox have won and lost when Millar played and Olerud didn't? Okay...Listen you guys and ladies...we are all real angry over the current situation. I want Boston to win...and I have a rather radical suggestion. Next game have the Bosox crowd yell "Ole, Ole"..so he plays out the season every game and wins the world series for us. I have nothing against Millar nor have I ever knocked him...I predict that Olerud will make the difference! Still looking for Olerud stats for full games played this year?

Pinhead Penguin is incapable of logical management! Very sad...
