    I really cant wait to watch Beckett pitch, he really looked dominint the one game I saw of him during spring training.

    I really had to get this off my chest. I was listing to Planet Mikey last night, and it seemed that every caller was already cashing in on this season. After 1 bad game, people were saying that Wakefield shouldnt be in the rotation. 1 caller made me irrate in perticular, he said that the only reason Wakefield had 16 wins last year, is because of run support, and he went on to say that he had an ERA over 5. Its so rediclous when someone calls like that and has no idea what they are talking about. Last year his Era was like 4.00 and it was lower before a start on 3 days rest. I think its ludicrious to Write of Wake after one outing in Texas where he always sucks.

    Nomar has to be kicking himself for not signing the 4 year 60 million dollar deal prior to the 03 season. Since that time he has had one good year, (03) If he had signed that deal things might have turned out different for him. I really feel for the guy, he was my favorite player from 97-04.

    What a great start by Schilling, to me thats the best he has looked since Game 6. The Velocity was good the control was good, threw 115+ pitches, this is so encouriging

    It doesnt scare me at all. Keith Foulkes ERA in spring training of 04- 15.34. I thought he actually looked decent today he had nice Zip on the fastball and threw a couple good change ups. The first double off him was a bloop, nothing was hit to hard. I will be scared if he lets up runs in his first apperance, Spring training means nothing to closers, you cant simulate bottom of the ninth 1 run lead at yankee stadium, when the adreniline is going, like it will be Monday or Tuesday in Texas is when we will beable to gage where Foulkie is at.
