This is exactly what I've said all along that the Sox would be fine even through the turmoil of the off-season.
All that matters is pitching. Starting pitching, the rotation is phenomenal. It doesn't get much better than a healthy Schilling and Josh "the yankee killer" Beckett. As far as the bullpen goes, setup men don't get much better than Timlin, and a reliable closer is needed, whether that's Foulke or Papelbon.
As far as run support, no lineup will struggle to score with Papi and Manny in it. I think this start is a sign of things to come as long as injuries don't kill us.
