For the record, the Yankees did not experience a rainout. It was more of a feignout. You know, feign like it is raining and then call the game so you can eliminate one bum and rest the pen leading into a series against your rival.

It's not a written rule, but it's just a fun observance of the board. Yes, we all know it has no actual impact on the game, but it's something we do nonetheless.
