They just lost an asset. Their punter is damn good, and his last two kicks have been 20-30 yard dinks toward the sideline. What a weapon.

Don't punt to Cal's return guy. Ever.
  3. Deep arsenal? He's a two trick pony with a developing change. Deep alright, about as deep as that analysis.
  4. Zach, I deleted my team from the free league. Are we still doing that one just for fun? If so, let me know the league ID again. I remember the password. I'll rejoin that one and just use pre-rankings.
  5. Exactly, you have to go back to the fantasy football home page and follow the Plus links.

Wow, Wake's D scores on the 1st play of the game.

50 seconds left at the Mich 29. 32-31, Mich had the ball inside the 20, anyone know how App. St. got the ball? Missed FG? EDIT: At the 5 with 30 seconds left!!

App. St. with the moving the ball with 1:45 left.

Armanti Edwards, the App St. QB, just committed his 3rd TO of the 2nd half with a pick. That's a shame.

Sorry, Jacko. The Yellow Jackets are rocking South Bend this afternoon.

Mike Hart just went 54 yds to give the Maize and Blue their first lead since the 1st quarter, 32-31. I would imagine this has to be a 2 point attempt after the touchdown. EDIT: 2-point PAT failed

Good ST coverage would help too.

I need CSU to keep their head (no more running into the kicker), and hold this lead. I've got them in an office weekly Confidence Pick'em pool that is season long. I only assigned it a 1 of 10 confidence score, but every point counts.
  14. I forward a motion that Jacko excusing rookies for not getting called strikes because of the umps is no longer allowed on the basis of pitch #1 to Josh Paul. A good 6" off the plate and he got it. EDIT: And he got both of the 1st two pitches which were borderline to Iwamura.
  15. Breslow's been getting hit pretty hard the last few weeks.
  16. I haven't seen him miss close and not get the call yet. The balls he's thrown were balls. Awesome, now Maddon is challenging ARod's bat. Tit for m'fing tat Torre, you douchenozzle.
  17. This week the college football season is upon us. And it starts off like most every year with Michigan looking to lose early as a preseason top 10. Appalachian State, no that's not a typo, is working them over to the tune of 31-20 halfway through the 3rd quarter. How can Carr survive this season if they start off losing to a former IAA school?
  18. Kennedy looks like nothing special. Pena ripped a liner right to Cano after Crawford stole 2nd. Easily would have tacked on another run in the 3rd.
  19. Yeah. The Ray's announcers feel it was just to delay Kennedy's next pitch, you know, to give him a 3-4 minute breather because he had thrown a lot of pitches that inning.
  20. Wow, the Yankees challenged Iwamura's bat, and the umps are taking it for an x-ray. I don't think I've ever seen that in the middle of an AB following a walk. Smells like gamesmanship to me. Prig move by the leaders in "class".
  21. I'd chip in.
  22. Good for me.
  23. Kilo can't make it. Sunday work for anyone? AM or PM? I'm good all day.
  24. Not accepting what the chubby bunny did as part of the game is pretty ridiculous. While he did buzz the tower, and while I'm going on what I've heard not seen, Youk's head was never really threatened. If that's all that happened, then so be it. That said, the contingent of Yankee fans saying it didn't warrant an ejection are equally ridiculous. Even if he wasn't close to getting hit in the head, it was hard cheese intentionally thrown in that area. When it's two in a row, then it's hit the showers tubby. I was one of the one's questioning his command. He doesn't have command, but his low walk total suggests some control, at least enough to not miss by that much twice in a row. Be real, it was intentional, and the ump's decision was the right one.
  25. Saturday, 9/1, at 8:00 pm works for me. Is this a 10 or 12 team league?
