    3 out of the last 4 games against the Rays have been crushing losses. Beckett has had 2 solid starts vs Tampa Bay in the past week, with his offense only supporting a total of 2 runs! Hopefully can Wake can right the ship with his dominating record against the Rays

Tied for 1st place, next matchup is Beckett vs Sonnastine... me like Dice earns his 17th W (has a chance to win 19 this year) and the offense lit up the Rays ace and bullpen... 13 runs mostly coming off of 6 HRs. Let the good times roll Matsuzaka this season vs Tampa Bay in 3 games, 1-0 with a 3.00 ERA. At Tropicana Field in 2 games, 1-0 with a 1.80 ERA. On the road in 12 games, 8-0 with a 2.61 ERA Kazmir this season vs Boston in 4 games, 0-2 with a 9.00 ERA. At home in 13 games, 7-2 with a 3.16 ERA

    Great win, couldve done without Papelbon's shaky appearance out of the pen. Big break with the ump's bad call on Overbay being "out" at 2nd

    Big game for Cassel. I wasnt sure because while he did do good the week before, it was the Chiefs he was playing against. But now he led the way to beat a better team in the Jets (on the road!) and opposed by Favre. Tip of the cap to you good sir!

    Solid AB by Ellsbury, def needed this come from behind win. Colon was hurt by Cora's declining range and Lowrie's error at 3rd that couldve been an inning ending DP. Tito come on, Cora batting 7th with Crisp in the 9 hole? Heres hoping Lester gets a good 7 or more inning effort and the bats gets some runs off of Halladay Oh and big congrats to Dusty for collecting his 200th hit of the season and 50th Double, both to lead the AL. He is the first Sox player since Mo Vaughn in 98 to reach 200 hits. More of that to come
