  1. NFL Playoff Game Dates 1/13 - 1/14, 2007 Date & Time Favorite .................... Spread ....................... Underdog 1/13 4:30 ET At Baltimore ................. .. -4 ............................ Indianapolis 1/13 8:00 ET At New Orleans ............... -5 ............................ Philadelphia 1/14 1:00 ET At Chicago ...................... -9 ................................... Seattle 1/14 4:30 ET At San Diego ................... -5 .......................... New England
  2. Loretta wouldve of course been a much better option to be the super utility infielder than Cora. Perhaps Theo looked back on Tito's past. Tito would probably end up starting Loretta more and have Pedroia waste away sitting on the bench
  3. Palmeiro is a bonafide juicer, I believe he WAS tested positive for steroids in the 2005 season. He's also going to turn 43 years. It would be a f***ing disgrace to see him don a Red Sox uniform. Besides that Im expecting a good year by Youk, he doesnt need a platoon mate
  4. I thought that the Jeter dive was in the extra innings game that John Flaherty had the game winning hit
  5. You dont listen do you? Please show examples (ahem proof) we got excited about resigning of Doug Mirabelli, Runelvys Hernandez, Jason Johnson, Bryan Corey, Kevin Jarvis, JC Romero. And thats just in the past year LOL! ROFL! LMAO! caps lock with any IM abreviation!
  6. He doesnt have the stuff to even be a 3 in the tough hitting AL East. I clearly do laugh at reports that compare him to Buehrle who still has the stuff to be an ace of his staff. I should expect possibility of Igawa helping shape an ace combo of Hughes/Igawa??
  7. Igawa is being compared to Mark Buehrle or even better? Im sorry I dont see that comparison holding merit
  8. Yes I think that is the plan but I hate seeing established players just leaving a winning franchise with no bad roads ahead thus far, because of ka-ching. They got an additional draft pick from the Seahawks for Branch will help some in the coming draft. Id like to see 1 or 2 speedy steady handed cornerbacks be drafted and sign some veteran help. That is the top priority once their offseason starts
  9. He didnt do that to get his picture on the front page. The reporter bumped into him good, Belicihick on reaction pushed him with his arm. God he didnt grab him by his neck. He was trying to make his way to Mangini and appropiately give him a hug. He doesnt care about his picture being taken, he just cares about if his team wins. Even when they do win, he will focus on what they did wrong. Oooh ahhh everyone marvel at Leon Washington's 11 rushes for 50 yards, and the team's overall rushing of 16 attempts for 70 yards. Let alone Washington's 4.5 carry is marred by the 2 longest rushes of the day coming in the 4th quarter of 11, 19 yards
  10. eh im just being cautious and not too full of myself, with respect to Jets fans who frequent this board EDIT: Assante Samuel haha damn!! Ok jackson now I'll admit this game is over. Im trying to appreciate these possible last moments of seeing Samuel in a Pats uniform Lets be real here: he's a free agent after the playoffs who is having quite the career year, teams will be willing to cough up some dough for who has been our best back the past 2 seasons, and the Patriots' FO motto is not to fall in love with their players
  11. 30-16!! wooo Now defense just hold them down to officially seal it
  12. f***ing momentum swing!! Nice pickup again for Wilfork (makes up for penalty in 1st quarter) and the coaches urging the Pats defense to take notice
  13. I dont think Matsuzaka is going to be a 5-6 inning type of guy with essence of pavano injury worrisome
  14. Stupid play by Wilfork. Vince, I know you are pumped about being back with your boys in the playoffs... thats not s*** you pull when you have the opposing team in a good deep hole at 3rd down
  15. As I said before, the Jets would be foolish to show the same moves as the last game. Case in point
  16. This is gonna live with Romo forever, reporters will be asking him questions about it until he wins his 1st playoff game and of course there will be replay after replay shown of this. Does he have veins of ice to put this behind him? Dallas should be receiving a basket of muffins with a thank you card from Seattle
  17. I think the majority of Sox fans are not expecting Schilling to be again a 20 Win, 3.5 ERA guy, 215+ innings, 200+ Ks. Myself Im expecting he'll still be a solid pitcher none the less for the Sox. Something like 13-16 wins, 4.25ish ERA, 200 +/- innings, 175-200 Ks This is his last season, Id say he's got the motivation to finish out on top
  18. And for the Sox you have all 5 not likely to sustain a whole season, and average under 175 innings each or worse
  19. Yawn, the NBC sports analysts are now praising the Colts defenses as they now rank as one of the elite in the game. Im sorry but after their defense gave up an avg of 180+ rushing yards per game, this game hasnt proven that its a complete 180 and they will be deadly force stopping the run throughout the playoffs Some pointers --How much time did the Chiefs really see the ball? --Trent Green hurt how much carries LJ was able to have with a strong of consecutive 3 & outs. The first 1st down came with 3:11 left in the 3rd quarter
  20. So you do believe that all 5 starters (or at the least the top 4) will be healthy and make every start for the 2007 season?
