But eh it worked out good in your last prediction that the Jets would easily beat them because they handled them just 2 months ago 2) You act as if Indy manhandled New England first time around... hardly the case. Ahem the Pats turned the ball over 5 times and lost by just a touchdown The Pats are a different team in the playoffs as much as you would hate to agree with that.

    Ravens deserved those boos from their fans. The Ravens secondary defense has been atroscious (spelling) the smallest space in between themselves and Wayne/Harrison has been 5 yards or so. Bad decision on Billick to run the ball out with a minute left isnt something you do in a playoff game, 45 yards down the field and boom you are in position to try for a field goal

    Id say someone is being a little bit to sensitive on us Sox fans taking facts from not glamarous scouting reports on Igawa. Youre acting like we have to think the same as you. Yes father, we cant say Matsuzaka will be a lights out ace while saying Igawa wont make as close to the same impact. You might not admit it but youre getting closer to making a thread entitled "Who will have the better first season?" The Red Sox dont just pay $51 million to talk to him, then added $52 million/6 year contract for someone who might be a #2 pitcher.

    rotoworld That wouldve been a great deal if the Sox were able to add Tankersley last year for Murphy. As it currently stands, we have good outfield depth to afford the loss. Give Murphy his playing time and receive a decent pitcher in return

    Mike Jones is one of the prospects I was gonna keep my eye out for. Since Theo took over, they mainly focused on pitching. Hey which is ok with me, but now we need more power coming out of the farm

    What if other teams/sports took precedence. Say if there's a Sox/Yankees playoff series in the near future... New York to stay competitive, says "Ya know what? Only ticket buyers in the state of New York can buy tickets for the games played at Yankee Stadium" Plain & simple, what the Chargers & now Bears are doing will set a precent for teams until it completely gets out of hand

    They teamed up with ticketmaster (I smell a tray at a lawsuit after the playoffs) to sell tickets to a National football playoff game, to only Charger fans who live in Southern California. Funny thing is that they are also shutting out Chargers fans who dont live anywhere near their hometown team. This might set a tempo for other teams and even different sports

    haha please, your asking if im up past my bedtime. Hey Junior Im 24 and have recently worked the night shift a good deal, but switched back to day shift. Moreso because I dont want to miss a good chunk of games again. Brandon Webb's sinker has proven to be more effective than Wang's, let alone he's able to K people with ease 10 times more than Wang has the ability to So you are to believe Wang will now be a consistent 17+ game winner and sub 3.5 ERA?? Thats what I thought about Derek Lowe too in the AL East with his nasty sinker, but he regressed in the tough hitting division

Toronto has inked veteran starter John Thomson to a 1 year contract. For all the hoopla this offseason has been, Thomson's contract is just $500,000. Even with incentives included, its ones of the best contracts (money-wise) handed out this offseason

    2007 offseason... Move Youk over to 3rd, court pending free agent Adam Dunn to play 1st base ?? You're talking about players juicing in the 90s... he gets a pass for being tested positive in 2005? Would this go to say that you are for steroids and wont mind at all hearing about current & ex Sox players juicing up??
