    Im not sure how to calculate opposing avg, but its 43 Hits in 29 innings. His next 2 starts are both against very good lineups in the Guardians and Yankees

    Im not just talking about tonights game against New York, the month as a whole 5 starts (*could soon be 1-1, 4.82 ERA) 28 innings, 42 Hits, 16 Runs (15 ER), 3 HRs, 8 Walks, 26 Ks 18 of those 42 hits have gone for extra bases, 14 coming in his last 3 starts

    Bucholz cant always have an ERA under 2. There will be bumps in the road sure... but Im not concerned about 1 rocky start from Bucholz, rather than a 40 year old Schilling

    I know some fans will still be happy with Sox just taking 1 of 3, but still if the Sox do in fact lose this game I will be concerned about the effectiveness of Schilling. Mechanically he has looked just plain bad this month. Heck even if they win I'll be concerned. Get better Josh!

    2 outs I dont know what it is but Papelbon has been more wild this season than he was last year 2006 (68.1 innings)- 13 Walks 2007 (*16 innings)- 8 Walks
