  1. Yeah, but we've seen Roethlisberger in playoff games past -- wasn't pretty.
  2. Care to read my post again? I said close games. And I said decision making. He turned a 10 yard pass to the sideline into a 8 second ordeal to lose the game against Texas.
  3. Sweet! Tempers are flaring!
  4. What a throw by Palmer! Unfortunately, I think Palmer is done for.
  5. Yeah, I think that's awesome, too. This guy makes it impossible to hate him.
  6. We're not saying it's going to happen over night. It'll take time -- that's the case with ANY player drafted. The guy's big, the guy's fast, the guy's smart, the guy can throw the football damn well, and the guy's regarded as a leader -- that's a player I want on my team.
  7. ... Chad Johnson was out tailgating before the game?!
  8. Eek, I picked Pittsburgh, but I'm cheering for Cinci since I want them in the second round. Guess I'll be happy either way. I do think Cincinatti wins -- too late for that, though.
  9. I think the Texans are bluffing to drive up the value of that #1 pick. As for Vince Young -- he's the best QB in the draft. Leinart's decision making skills in close games is questionable.
  10. True, but the Jaguars D was playing with some disabilities too. For instance, if Mike Peterson wasn't in a cast, Ben Watson doesn't score that one TD!
  11. Yet another pick. Ugly, ugly performance. And if I have to see another Patriots Visa, Pepsi, or Coors Light commercial, I'm shooting myself in the head.
  12. I don't know, I'd take the Panthers in that regard. Jacksonville was able to move the ball -- the Giants can't do ANYTHING.
  13. And that dropped TD pass was an absolutely beautiful throw -- as good as you'll ever see. Awful game on both sides of the ball for the Giants.
  14. Alright... another INT!
  15. Giants are looking as bad offensively as the Redskins did yesterday. I think the Panthers are a dangerous team... they were very good on the road, this year. Another INT, but it looks like it's coming back.
  16. I think that would be a good way to do it. After the whistle, if there is a loose ball, players are allowed to go after the ball, but like you said, it can't be advanced. Currently, referees are currently told to call the play as a fumble so it's reviewable, but that hasn't been the case in the two times it's come up today.
  17. I agree completely. Besides, looks like it's going to even itself out and benefit the Panthers, here. I don't like the system of replay in the NFL. I'd rather just do all booth reviews like in the college bowl games. It didn't come up very often, and it's not the coaches responsibility to get a call right, it's the referees!
  18. It is in college, ain't it? Oh well, Giants can't convert on it anyway.
  19. Giants are lucky they're only down 10.
  20. As for your point about Matt Schaub almost beating the Patriots, that was the week after the Patriots got embarassed by the Chargers 41-17 in Foxboro. Their defense as awful at that point. Culpepper's lack of success this year was partially because the running game was non-existant while he was playing since his teammates expected him to do everything. The running game, and every other aspect of the team, stepped up when BRad Johnson became the QB.
  21. Alright, just making sure, lol. It seems like a lot of people have been sleeping on the Broncos.
  22. The Broncos aren't a pushover, so I wouldn't get too far ahead of yourselves. Best playoff team in terms of running the ball and stopping the run, second best in terms of turnover margin, and undefeated at home.
  23. Well, looks better for you, you're atleast cheering for the Pats to win!
  24. 28-3... game over. So who needs to win (Cinci or Pitt.) for New England to play Indy?
  25. The Skins are starting to look good... and it's pissing me off because the Broncos have their first round pick!
