  1. That Mo Pete ejection was complete ********... even Vince argued for Peterson. That official should be punished for being a moron. As for the lady, she's awful.
  2. I really am actually shocked that the Broncos are favorites going into the game. They've gotten no love from the media, fans, or anybody, oh well, I prefer people sleeping on 'em, though I know the Patriots aren't one to overlook anybody. Date & Time..............Favorite...........NFL Spread............Underdog 1/14 4:30 ET............... At Seattle............ -9.5................... Washington 1/14 8:00 ET............... At Denver............ -3.5................... New England 1/15 1:00 ET............... At Indianapolis..... -9.5................... Pittsburgh 1/15 4:30 ET............... At Chicago........... -3.5....................Carolina
  3. I know, I'm just saying that even when the Pats were at their best and the Broncos were at their worst in recent years, they've always struggled going into Denver. If the Pats had the better record coming out of the much better division, and were, statistically, a better team and had already beaten the Broncos, I'd be hearing that the Pats are the better team -- so I'm just keepin' it real
  4. But even when the Broncos were in down years, the Broncos have always played the Patriots tough in Denver. This year, whether you guys like to admit it or not, the Broncos are the better team.
  5. Am I the only one who wants to see the worst offensive showdown ever? Washington vs. Chicago?
  6. Yeah, right. I bet the Broncos will be underdogs. It's like the guy who does the Sportsline Power Rankings says... people are sleeping on the Broncos. Huge Mistake.
  7. Better not take the Pats or you know that lead won't last.
  8. They're gonna be better than most people expect... I hope.
  9. All good things must come to an end. The last team to have a crack at 3 straight will be the one to end your chance. Should be a hell of a game!
  10. I would too, believe me, I'm not one to cheer for the Rockies.
  11. If I win will all of you guys go into exile?
  12. Should be fun, but as it stands (New England vs. Denver), I have to hate you guys for the next week or so. I'll just throw these stats out there... 2nd best in the league at running the ball. 2nd best in the league at stopping the run. 2nd best in the league for turnover margin. 4th best scoring defense. Undefeated at home. 28-20. :D Should be fun.
  13. Yeah, damn. I was really looking forward to playing the Palmer-less Bengals. Oh well, I ain't 'fraid of the Patriots.
  14. Am I the only one who thinks that Bettis got a ridiculously generous spot on that 3rd and 1?
  15. Torn ACL for Palmer -- definetely out for the rest of the playoffs.
  16. No more Palmer for the Bengals. Kitna's stepped up, though. I get the feeling we're in for an amazing second half!
  17. True, but the point was that having great players around him can make a QB look great and that it's not just scrambling QB's that look great in college and never materialize in the pros.
  18. Ugh... I don't understand what people are thinking, some times. The guy covering Ward was playing a foot or two deep in the endzone, it was fairly obvious that he could get beat on a slant.
  19. Ahh, I didn't see that. I thought they'd come out and smoke LSU. It's too early to get worried, though. Should get it going again!
  20. Yeah, I'd rather UConn get that bad game out of their system right now. As bad as it sounds, sometimes a loss is best for a team!
  21. Two huge penalties on Pittsburgh have results in automatic first downs. TOUCHDOWN! Ya keep giving 'em chances, they'll convert eventually!
  22. Yeah, look at his decisions he made in the close games. He was saved by his own fumble and a missed penalty against Notre Dame, and wasted away the final 8 seconds against Texas because he looked absolutely clueless. The guy has a huge ego saying something to the effect of "We're still the better team" after the Texas game -- not a guy I want on my team. Ken Dorsey did alright in college record wise, how's he done in the NFL?
  23. Yeah, yeah... he's the one!
  24. Only because of the Jets kicker. Who was it? Hall? He made it to the AFC Championship with no help from himself.
  25. The guy had the best offensive line in football, the guy had the two best RB's in the country in his backfield, and the guys WR's were among the best in the Nation. The guy made s***** decisions down the stretch against both Notre Dame and Texas, but against UND he was bailed out by his own fumble, and a missed penalty call.
