  1. Really Papelbon? Really? 4 pitch walk to Figgins?
  2. Tough to watch. Perhaps I should go to Death's house and help him with that cake.
  3. Big K Paps. It's nice that even when he's bad, he's still really good.
  4. Tek will want a high FB, then the split in the dirt. EDIT: Maybe not
  5. That FB is tailing over the fat part of the plate. Ugh. Nailbiting time.
  6. Count full, Paps can throw his pitch there. Not the end of the world. Sets up the DP.
  7. Come back with the slider Jon. He's looking FB
  8. Put the winning run on? Even with Napoli being so good today, probabilities say no thanks.
  9. This would be a good time for probabilities to take over...
  10. Perfect. GB in front of the speedy Willits.
  11. f***ing christ Papelbon. Not a good game to blow here. Willits in to run.
  12. http://blogs.menupages.com/boston/Iron%20Chef.jpg Last time, I promise: Squizan! Ken Rosenthal reports that the amount of money a player signs for matters. The Red Sox and Jason Bay both wish they could predict how much Bay was worth in this volatile market. Both want to remain together. Announcers not sure when Rosenthal finished speaking.
  13. I miss Manny. Wish that we didn't have Bay. Ohhh, awkward...
  14. M.V.f***ING.P Great play. Potential game saving play.
  15. I did read your post thoroughly. It wasn't the Magna Carta, it was a short post. I largely agreed with you, just that I think he would be considered elite merely by what he did last year. The most important factor, in my opinion, isn't is ability to change speeds better, but merely to do what he did last year in a big-market city. I got no beef with you DipreG. You know your s***.
  16. This just in: Squizan! Ken Rosenthal is reporting that last inning the Red Sox made a pitching change, replacing Brad Penny with Ramon Ramirez. http://www.johnmariani.com/archive/2006/060326/iron%20chefkaga_mug.jpg
  17. He could go to elite if he does what he did last year with the Red Sox instead of the Royals IMO. His stuff is filthy, primary offerings and secondary.
  18. Thanks for the update Ken. Really hard hitting stuff there.
  19. He's one, yes. I feel like there is another middling offensive player who consistently does the Sox in...
