  1. What do you mean if they didn't move? They have to be in the East Coast so it would be a "real rivalry" and ESPN would have a boatload of telecasts for their games? San Francisco and Los Angeles just hate each other, let alone Northern California and Southern California.
  2. I agree with you on this because there have been two BOS-NYY ALCS in this decade while the Dodgers and Giants have yet to face each other in the NLCS. But historically, I still think BRK/LA-NY/SF is a bigger rivalry, IMHO.
  3. Yeah, but the Yanks always end up winning, right? Except 2004, of course. All I could say is Dodgers-Giants is not as one-sided as the Yankees-Red Sox rivalry is.
  4. Actually, the rivalry got better in the West Coast.
  5. Did ESPN triple his pay to say that the Yanks-Sox rivalry is bigger than the Dodgers-Giants one or what? I have a biased opinion: Dodgers-Giants >>>>>>>>>>> Yankees-Red Sox EDIT: I do hate to admit it, though. Red Sox and Yankee fans are more passionate about the rivalry.
  6. I love how the scoreboard graphic is in the lower-middle part of the screen.
  7. For some reason, the Angels have the Yankees' numbers. I believe they're the only AL team to have a winning record against New York in the Torre era.
  8. RUSSELL MARTIN WALKS IT OFF AS THE DODGERS COMPLETE THE SWEEP OF THE GIANTS. JOE MORGAN SOUNDED LIKE HE GOT KICKED IN THE NUTS! OUCH! YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAH!
  9. Dude, I always think of a porn chick everytime I see that word spelled with more than one 'o.'
  10. Ahh, I was thinking it was gonna be in the Manhattan area. Then again, I'm pretty sure there's no more room for that.
  11. Where is it? Is it in the Bronx, too?
  12. Jinxed!
  13. Link The Tigers aren't even in the top 10 in Fielding % and fewest errors.
  14. Great move. Webb finally gets help in the rotation.
  15. Looks like he is staying. http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=2540807
  16. YES! Nothing better than a former Giant sucker-punching the Giants!

  18. OT - I hate it when the hoop doesn't have a net. Chain nets f***ing own.
  19. THANK YOU! He is the worst, no doubt.
  20. Ahhhh f***. Delete this s***. I am way too late.
  21. This is a shame. Basketball was invented by a Canadian and only two of the active players are Canadian?!?!?! And to make it worse, one of those two wasn't even born in Canada! BLAME CANADA http://img388.imageshack.us/img388/8499/canadiansmiley8fu.gif
  22. I blame soxfan and mother nature, and my History class (which is a night class, I had to miss the game). Damn, it would've been great to have the last two no-no's at hitter friendly parks. The last Dodger no-hitter was at Coors back in '96 by Hideo Nomo.
  23. 26, Kent is on the DL, too.
