    Pasta mojo combined with MannyHOF mojo is apparently unstoppable. No pasta tonight, but I am also undefeated in games I attend...two at Yankee Stadium, one at Camden Yards, and a lot at Fenway. On top of that, I'm 2-0 at games I attend when Beckett pitches, both of them 8 inning efforts.

    In a MLB season where CC Sabathia is getting paid 80 trillion dollars to eat deep fried twinkies covered in barbeque sauce and salt and pitch 5 innings, and where Colorado is only halfway through their seventy-year commitment to paying Mike Hampton forty million a month to pitch terribly for other teams, 15 million a year for an above average player is excellent.
