    So I haven't been able to see a lot of the games. How's Hanley been at first? How have some of the pitchers who struggled last year looked, like Kelly and Porcello?

    One of my favorite days of the year when I was younger was the day the first spring training game was on. So weird to hear no Orsillo though, and know that soon there will be no more Ortiz. I'm pumped right now though

    this. Manny was obnoxious about it tonight too, but the difference is was a GOOD player who most of the time actually kept his mouth shut and kept to himself. Tim Tebow was a s***** player who always had to make himself the center of attention. The religion aspect was an afterthought

    Because at the end of the day no one actually cares what religion he is, or anyone else for that matter. I doubt that tomorrow morning we'll be waking up to Sportscenter and CNN headlines of "Manny Ramirez talks about and repeatedly thanks God through interview!" regardless of his skin color. The Red Sox and many other teams have plenty of religious players, players are constantly bringing up God through interviews and all that. I can remember a few Sox players being really religious and no one giving s***. That comment was overly reaching and just race baiting
