  1. That was such a simple, yet awesome post that says everything you need to know.
  2. Wade Miller.
  3. I don't know why I hear this Schilling/Unit dislike. When he got Schilling I remember Randy drove by Schilling's house on ESPN and screamed something and they shared a laugh.
  4. Wake has to goto the pen.
  5. WOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO We got rid of an ace and a suckass for three SOLID pitchers.
  6. That was hell to read. Some of those idiots need to shorten their sigs.
  7. I was worried about that. I should've put "No Johnson" instead of "No Johnson to the Yanks"
  8. First thing on http://www.mlb.com
  9. You're kidding me right? Nixon isn't going ANYWHERE.
  10. I really liked Roberts. I'm afraid that Payton was a product of Coors. Probably not a bad platooner with Trot, but I think Kapler would've been better.
  11. Well, yeah, terrible may have been an overstatement. He's nowhere near the best though. If I could pick one manager (Francona's amazing playoff managing doesn't affect this decision, but it almost did) I would take Lou Piniella, Bobby Cox, or Buck Showalter.
  12. Joe Torre is a TERRIBLE manager. Have you ever seen how he runs a game? He sucks. A lot of Yankee fans agree.
  13. These are my predictions for our pitching staff next year. I'm assuming Schilling will miss a good portion of April and not just Opening Day. SP: Curt Schilling: 17-5, 3.05 ERA, 195 IP, 210 K, 1.05 WHIP SP: David Wells: 16-8, 4.05 ERA, 210 IP, 140 K, 1.25 WHIP SP: Matt Clement: 16-7, 3.95 ERA, 205 IP, 220 K, 1.30 WHIP SP: Bronson Arroyo: 15-10, 3.90 ERA, 190 IP, 150 K, 1.25 WHIP SP: Tim Wakefield: 13-11, 4.65 ERA, 185 IP, 135 K, 1.45 WHIP Here are my team predictions: http://forums.netsports.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=43904.
  14. Washington isn't interested in trading Schneider.
  15. Yesterday at MLB.com they said they didn't submit it, and won't today either. Get your facts straight.
  16. nevermind...
  17. We have to wait for the Elias Spors Bureau to come out with A/B/C list to determine that. But here's the thing about Varitek's no-trade clause. Why not just give it to him, if it will persuade him to stay? I mean, I doubt we will try to trade him next year, and then in 2006 he is a 10/5 guy. A no-trade for Manny would kick in, but he's a 10/5 guy this year. A no-trade for Nixon would kick in, but he's a 10/5 guy at the same time as Varitek.
  18. I bring to you: http://mlb.mlb.com/atl/photo/ph_play_mugshot_mazzone.jpg
  19. Arroyo is more of a sure thing than Wright and Brown combined.
  20. You're kidding? I must've given you atleast 20 different stats and you reply with 7 no-hitters and 27 years. Wow. Good luck somewhere else. http://forums.rajah.com/images/smilies/wave.gif http://www.maddenmania.com/forums/images/smilies/redfinge5r.gif
  21. WTF? THAN PEDRO. REDICULOUS http://www.maddenmania.com/forums/images/smilies/xxrotflmao.gif
  22. That's just too f***ing awesome. http://forums.rajah.com/images/smilies/rofl.gif
  23. Because that has nothing to do with anything? Yeah.
