The Boston Bruins have signed free agent defenseman Brian Leetch to a one-year deal. Terms of the contract were not announced. The 37 year old unrestricted free agent spent 17 seasons with the New York Rangers until he was traded to the Toronto Maple Leafs at the 2004 trade deadline. In 57 games with the Rangers, he had 13 goals and 36 points while tallying 15 points in 15 games for the Maple Leafs following the trade. Hmmm....interesting this announcement came 1 day after Palmeiroids was tested positive.
