    I agree with ksushi. Bowden besides the guzman signing was great. He got Guillen cheap from the halos and made some important trades near the deadline.

    If we were going to do this trade then I would trade Youk instead of Hanley or the young pitcher.

    I think we should send Stern and Wells to the Pads and get Otsuka and Roberts back. I don't see any futuere with the sox for sterk and might as well just push that trade over the edge.

    I honestly think Arroyo will be here at the endof all this. This guy is still young and has a lot of potential. I think next to Bill Mueller, he is the most underrated red sox player. I would like Vazquez here but only if we can't score Konerko. With that in mind how do you think the yanks would react to this. They don't want this to happen and it's de ja vu (colon) except with Vazquez.

    If Damon moves on I would try to get kenny lofton. He is a speedy leadoff guy. He can replace damon and free up sonme money to sign Konerko.

    How bout bringing old Lou Merloni back as a utility infielder this year? Also Tim worrell could help the bullpen. (both free agents)

    That would help the Jays a lot. Hillenbrand and Koskie will have great seasons not to mention Halliday. Abreu will make them even better.

    Well I am the first sox fan too post on this. I am suprised Taveras didn't win. Howard didn't play many games.
