I really doubt Theo promoting Lars that fast even in case of Lowell's injury.

I really doubt they'd call up Lars from AA. How about Bailey or Carter? I know Carter was converted to a OF, but can he not play 1B anymore? Casey should fill the role just fine. I'd rather give Carter a shot at taking the starting spot while Lowell is gone and if not Carter then just let Bailey back up Carter.
