    i dunno bout this 9/11 curse, but its stupid, and so is george steinbrenner's freedom?? lol crespo, anyway... curses DONT exist. people who believe in them just have something to make excuses with, and i, frankly, am sick of it. shut up and face the facts, buckner had no knees, and with a bench player with defensive specialties that has a better fieldeing percentage tham buckner, buckner shoulda been out of there. its just mistakes that kills us, and bad management. its about putting a superior team on the field to close out a game, or just being on your game. bucky dent hit a HR, so did aaron boone, oh well, mistakes, we learn from them, move on. NO f***IN CURSE...PEOPLE GET OVER IT AND START LOOKING AT THE FACTS...ITS BEEN STUPIDITY.

    and i wouldnt talk if i were you, so far the sox have owned the yanks this year bud, and are going to take at least another 4 from you. and dont tell me colon and zito are bad pitchers, both have had drastic turnarounds since the ASB, and buddy, dont talk about us losing to the o's...u got f***in shutout by a complete game by ponson...who by the way...SUCKS.

    we are still the hottest team in baseball, and even in that loss, we played like a winning team. we are unstoppable, if u should be worrying about anything, it should be us crawling up your ass for the lead and trying to defend your lead with the s*** u have on the field lately and ur pitching. worry about that, not about us after we sweep the a's.

    they will finish second in the al east, as every other team there but the pats suck. but they wont make the wild card...maybe next season.

    mendoza is turning it around like the yankee talent he was!!!! i didnt stay up either, but on highlights that catch by kapler was NUTS!!!! at least roberts didnt get a concussion...as we are in OAKLAND, if it was johnny he may have gotten another one...grr oakland is bad luck for us even if we win. but bronson settled down and gave a quality start, with our offense, ill take a pitcher that will give up only 3 runs any day. once again our offense explodes, and we win. go sox!!!
