    Dude, getting hit right below the armpit on your back hurts like none other. He was probably sending a sign to Torre while he was on the field to tell him, "Hey, I'm hurting." That hurts.

    I hope to God it's a breakout day for our offense. Our pitching can get the job done, no doubt, but our offense could help us a bit more. Hopefully we break out. I can't stand continuing the slump and more sleepless and disappointing nights.

    I also forgot to see Manny and Ortizs' ABs. How they doin so far? And Jeter gets hit. Most likely an accident...Why would he want to put someone on right now? He's not a headhunter either...

    Olerud's looking good so far....even though he just grounded out, he worked Pavano well. His first hit was cool too. Clement is a beast, all is well right now! Oh! And down goes Cano! Hehe.

    I was gonna say it was because its the Red Sox... Whatever though. Whatever floats their boat let them do it. Who cares? I can see why they did it to Cano though...he is only a rookie who had a key HR last night to tie the game. Don't let it get to you, just let them do it and move on. I don't think its a slap in the face...they try to make it one, but they fail to.

    Pavano pretty much sucks too. Clement is a good pitcher, he's not due to lose anything. He's been getting no-decisions because our offense hasn't been picking him up. He could have gotten losses there. He's pitching very well today so far and I expected him to, even though it's only the third inning. ABSOLUTELY NOT. This year is NOT over yet. Who knows that Manny and Ortiz are done for this season? And also who knows if Damon will stay here for a low price and not want to go to the Yanks? These questions will only be answered if we let them play out the whole year.

    Haha..remember a few years ago some Cubs fans went down to Houston to see a Cubs-Astros game and they brought a goat with them? The Cubs won that game...hahaah they believed they passed it on to the Astros. Stupid Cubbies.

    I am actually not worried. We have been in a slump for awhile now. Perhaps some changes this weekend are gunna bring fire to this team. After all, if we are saving power for the Yankees...then by God let it come out this weekend.

    Ty Law is being pursued by a familiar face, Romeo Crennel, to play in Cleveland. I just heard this on NESN and don't have a back-up source. Thoughts?

    Here are the match-ups and my predicted outcome: Tim Wakefield @ Randy Johnson -----Sox win. We have proved we can get to RJ and Wake is normally good against the Yanks with that knuckler. Matt Clement @ Carl Pavano -----Sox win. If our offense bursts out against Pavanoverrated, we will slaughter them. Clement is going to have to give a performance like he did against Baltimore that time if we wanna get a win. I have faith in Clement. David Wells @ Mike Mussina -----Sox lose big. Enough said. Unless some act of God makes Boomer better...

    Just heard on NESN that Schill's ankle is gunna take much longer than anticipated to mend. Out until mid-late July if reports are corret. f***.
