  1. You think a lot about these things don't you? Tampons? Where the hell did that come from?
  2. Holy crap, this si starting to turn into the game they had their first time around. Pressure on the QB, causing fumbles, stopping the offense. Right now the Bears have their offense clicking too. This just turned into a really good game.
  3. Ugh. This is going to be really hard to fill those holes in CF and SS. People know we're hurting an need one, so they'll get as much from us as they can. This position sucks.
  4. Haha, the Tampa Bay Rays. I bet that's their new name with wanting to change their name to something to do with the sun. That would be on boring ass name change.
  5. How about they worry about getting the lead first?
  6. Um, not that I know of. Maybe though.
  7. Well, the Devil Rays aren't exactly their fitting name...any name change would fit them.
  8. Holy crap. What a stacked ball club the Dominicans have. I think they take the whole shebang. The US will be a close second though with all that ridiculous pitching.
  9. Looks like Carolina will be forced to a FG.
  10. I already think this game is over if Carolina puts up another TD here. Call me crazy, but the Bears' offense will not score 14 today.
  11. Steve Smith baby. So much for that indestructable Bears' defense.
  12. Yeah, I know that at least me, See Red, One Red Seat, and ARod will be tied for first. I don't know abotu everyone else though.
  13. This Steelers team is really surprising me. Of course, it's not that hard to beat Indy in the postseason with Manning at the helm
  14. Oh, okay haha I thought you meant starting QB impact right away.
  15. They have too many other problems to try and draft a good QB. They need some serious O-Line help. When you have Damien Woody playing guard for you, you're in trouble. Guards have pulling responsibilities, and Damien Woody trying to pull around the line is just as effective as Peyton Manning in the playoffs Fill their O-Line and defensive holes with good draft picks, and sign Kitna to a 1 year deal so you can draft a good QB the next year. Detroit needs some serious re-modeling. There's a rumor that they'll trade Carr for some serious help with the O-Line OR for Ricky Williams. God knows Miami could use a David Carr. In which case, I'm sure they would draft Vince or Leinart to fill Carr's position, but should they go with O-Line help, they could use Kitna and draft Bush.
  16. True, but Grossman is always injured because he gets hit and doesn't have enough protection. He's a great QB and if given protection, he would be really good. Besides, I don't see Kitna coming into Chicago (a playoff team) and suddenly overtaking the starting QB role. Sure, he's better than Orton, but with a team like Detroit who's getting fed up with Harrington, who can't do anything with good receivers (Roy Williams, Mike Williams, Charles Rodgers), he'd easily fit in and get the starting role. Other than that place, I don't see anywhere, other than Houston (if they take Bush, like they said they would), where Kitna would start.
  17. It will be Broncos and Panthers. Go Carolina
  18. Detroit possibly. Keep Garcia as your back up and get rid of Harrington.
  19. Well, normally, when your post is right under mine, or under someone who's making the same point as I am, I think you're replying to me. Excuse me, sir. EDIT: I quoted you to make sure you knew I was talking to you.
  20. They'll re-sign him IMO. Kitna will probably start the first month for them anyway, and he's got the experience. He's good to have on the bench, should they need him in the type of situation like last week, and so he can work with Palmer.
  21. We were talking about the streak. Not the dynasty. No s***, I'm not blind to 4/6.
  22. Like I said before, the Broncos were easily the best team that no one talked about. I still feel that the Broncos were the best team in the playoffs despite not getting talked about. They played better than the Patriots, it's that simple. When you commit 5 turnovers in a game, you're not going to win. We don't have the refs to blame for this one, only ourselves. Good luck to Denver, they have a great team. BUT, I have jumped on the Panthers' bandwagon
  23. Oh my God, the Pats just lost in the playoffs, and we're talking BASEBALL? Anyway, props to the Broncos. They simply played better. See Red, one helluva football team. Special teams, the most underrated and un-appreciated aspect to a team, f***ed this game up. Not one person could hold on to the rock. And Vinatieri shanked it when we needed him most. It was not our night. The Broncos are simply a well coached, great team, and I wouldn't be surprised to see them win the Superbowl. Denver deserves credit, they simply played better. Although, I still laugh at Champ Bailey when I see him get wrecked by Watson
  24. Denver, meet Troy Brown. You didn't see him last time. Oh yeah, Bruschi, Seymour, Faulk and Dillon too.
  25. Down goes Plummer. These are the Pats we all know and love.
