I'm confused. On GameCast, Felix's ball lands right in the middle of RF and it comes up "single to right". Coste's hit lands in some behind-1B no man's land and it comes up "flied out to right". Weird, man.
Why hit for Ramirez? It's not like we need more runs at this point. We need the guy who just pitched a 12-pitch inning back on the mound...
EDIT: And I'm pretty sure he could have done as well as that, if not better...
Phillies pitching: 9 BB
Boston pitching: 1 BB

Run differential is weird. I was checking to see what the standings were like on my birthday for the past few years, and in 2005 IIRC Washington was the only team in the NL East with a negative run differential... and they were in 1st place. Crazy stuff.
It's nice that as MDC and Ramirez take steps back from their insane starts, we get Okajima becoming unhittable. It's nice to always have that one guy at any given time who's just got it all working.
