  1. Im pretty sure Stocker is at this game, or was at yesterdays, im not totally sure... yeah, i thought you would all love to know that.
  2. From what I've heard is that he will be playing. If I remember correctly he has been playing in the past few games, and pretty impressively I believe.
  3. First Round 1. Miami 8. New Jersey (New Jersey in 7) 2. Detroit 7. Philadelphia (Detroit in 5) 3. Boston 6. Indiana (Boston in 7) 4. Chicago 5. Washington (Chicago in 6) 1. Phoenix 8. Memphis (Phoenix in 5) 2. San Antonio 7. Denver (San Antonio in 7) 3. Seattle 6. Sacramento (Seattle in 6) 4. Dallas 5. Houston (Dallas in 5) 2nd Round 2. Detroit 8. New Jersey (Detroit in 6) 3. Boston 4. Chicago (Boston in 6) 1. Phoenix 4. Dallas (Dallas in 7) 2. San Antonio 3. Seattle (San Antonio in 5) Conference Finals 2. Detroit 3. Boston (Detroit in 6) 2. San Antonio 4. Dallas (San Antonio in 6) NBA Championship 2. Detroit 2. San Antonio (San Antonio in 7) Yeah, I have Miami losing in the first round. I just cant see them beating a Nets team with Richard Jefferson and probably the 2nd best player in April, Vince Carter. Especially with Shaq not being 100%. As you can tell, I am very very high on Jersey. Its very similar to the Conference Finals teams theyve had in the past. Yeah, I think Dallas will beat Phoenix in the 2nd round. Dallas probably is the deepest team in the league. Phoenix would need all 5 starters to play flawless basketball all 48 minutes of each game to beat Dallas, especially since Dallas is probably the most improved defense in the NBA. And yeah, I think in a repeat of last years finals, San Antonio will win. They are just too good with Tim Duncan. Theyve got the 2nd best defense in the NBA, the 2nd most dominant player down on the blocks in Duncan, and theyve got 2 other guys in Ginobili and Parker who are capable of putting up 20 points any given night. Theyve also got a very unknown and underrated guy by the name of Beno Udrih, hes capable of coming in and scoring 10-12 points himslef. They also picked up Nazr Mohammed, who has been having a great season. They have the best 1 on 1 defender in the NBA as well in Bruce Bowen
  4. Get one of those guys on the corner collecting change in the Dunkin Donuts cups because theyre too lazy to get jobs. Offer them like 5 bucks, theyll do it.
  5. 6 Innings, 5 Earned Runs. I think we will still win though.
  6. Run on the field with talksox.com written all over yourself. EDIT: With clothes on.
  7. What pisses me off is how he is a fan when they are in the Eastern Conference Finals, then they miss the playoffs, and he automatically has to find another team.... not only that, but he picks one of the better teams in the league too...
  8. And if you would know anything, the Bruins were busy choking as much as the Yankees, so they didnt bother talking about the Bruins. They are a terrible team, and with the owner they have, I would expect as much success from them as the Pittsburgh Penguins had the last few years. Edit: Also, no one gives two shits about hockey anymore
  9. f***ing Chicken Nuggets... f***ing Bandwagon fan. Just because of one bad year, Stocker turns on the Celtics. Thats like me saying "s***, Im now a Marlins fan because the Sox are 2-4"
  10. Now you ask... why couldnt he pitch 9 innings while he was here for the last year or two?
  11. Who got their Celtics playoff tickets? I got section 318 for game A
  12. Probably... I dont see why not.
  13. Oh my... how could I forget Sandy...
  14. Living near sports players is pretty cool. In the town me and stocker live in, Martin Lapointe, Glen Murray, Bill Guerin, Jim Rice, and some other ones I cant think of right now have lived here... I one time saw Billy G at the Mobil station.
  15. Bleh... Celtics play at 1 too... I'll still be interested in seeing if Halladay can bring back the dominance he pitched with a few years ago. Ill also be interested to see if Wells can get back on the right track.
  16. ITs more exciting that way...
  17. Yankees losing 7-3 to the Orioles. Poson is pitching a pretty good game. Wright was studly in his debut, going 4 innings allowing 8 hits and 6 earned.
  18. 1-0 Sox. Im very disappointed that Bronson doesnt have his cornrows in... Check that: 2-0, Tek just homered
  19. I dont know about anyone else but I really hope that Bronson has a big year...
  20. I had UNC winning, but since I had already won my pool I was rooting for the Illini. Sean May is a bitch, he gets away with so much s***...
  21. Ha, Bulls, please. What playof experience do they have? Basically none. If the Chicken Nuggets get The Spurs first round, theyre f***ed. Basically to sum up what you said. The two teams you said are probably f***ed come playoff time.
  22. Yes, without a doubt. Id watch the Celtics over anything, except the Pats. Of course during the commercials though I would watch the Sox game so I wouldnt see the gay midget leprachaun foxwoods commercial.
  23. I hate day games. Even when the Sox win. But even if they played tonight I still wouldnt have watched it, as the Celtics are on. But from what I've heard it was a good win.
  24. Guys, dont get on Renteria's ass already. Its been 2 friggin games for godsakes. How do you think Yankee fans felt last season when Jeter and A-Rod couldnt hit a f***ing beachball in the beginning of the season. Its 2 games, 2 losses, to a great team. Not a good start, but there is still 160 games left.
