    I dont know what to make of that inning though. It looked like crap, but then 2ks in a row. I think the cold is the problem, not getting a good grip on the pitches. Segui got hit and then the guy after him almost did, and they couldnt have BOTH been intentional. In summation, I wouldn't freak out about Pedro's condition or anything. Just a rocky start, thats all. Watch, we're gonna win this game.

    In my heart I say nomar, as he is probably my favorite player on the team now, but after what happened during the offseason, I doubt he'll want to sign.

    I only have one team this year (on yahoo) because I found last year that it as taking up way too much of my time. Remember, the key to fantasy baseball is getting PUJOLS. Last year I had pujy and a-rod on my team. Needles to say i won.

    Expecting a 15-6 season from a number 5 starter is definitely a stretch, but both of these guys could do it, the question is: will they do it? I can definitely see kim winning 15, if not this season maybe in an upcoming one.

    Supposedly I went to a couple of games in '92, but I don't remember them. The first one that I remember going to was in '95, the day Mantle died. The flag was at half mast and they made an announcement, everyone looked sad. I remember sitting in the left field grandstand, pretty close to the wall.

    I'm pumped but I'd rather have it on NESN where I can heard "the remdog" call it. Orsillo and Remy are infitely more knowledgeable than the ESPN guys when it comes to the redsox, and i just enjoy games called by them more. I understand though that it is the American opening day and that ESPN jumped all over it for the ratings.

    The Daryl Kyle thing was indeed terrible. I remember seeing it on ESPN for the first time. I thought it was a cruel joke. And I remember his adorable little son hanging out with the team for the months following it.
