Come on d-money. Some absolutely wild bounce happens and leads to one run scoring, and maybe two.

 

They just over turned the error.

You guys do realize that the ball only took 1 bounce and was still in the air after the bounce when it went by him. He didn't read the spin on the ball. Sold out on playing to the left of the ball, anticipating a quick pick & throw home. He overshot, but had 100% sold out for the throw home.

 

100% error. A tough break, but he absolutely misread the spin.

Really strange April late day sun. The shadows have just hung right around home plate for an hour. Haven't really moved.

If JBJ had just moved to the ball obliviously I would have given him an error even if he did not touch it. But he hung right as long as he could and it still was spinning so hard that it took off even farther right.
