Moncada is in the game at 3rd base. He is now a major leaguer.

Moncada debut is really exciting. He gets a standing ovation in Oakland, doesn't swing the bat and walks. Made a great defensive play and showed great speed. Time to see his first swing if we can get through enough of the lineup to give him another AB!

Great bit of managing by JF (re/Moncada). I was wrong, and he was right about not starting him. I don't know why the kid ran thru the stop sign at 3rd when the score was about 14-2, but I guess he was excited about the whole thing.

 

Also great seeing Shaw have a big, big night. He must have been feeling like the lost soul. Moncada scoring on the double gave Shaw a big
