Just a general question I've always wondered about regarding MLB players and church.

I know a lot of players are quite devout, regardless of their particular religion. When the teams are on the road do the players attend church in whatever city they're in, does the Red Sox hold religious services, or do they just skip it on road Sundays?

I know... I think about some weird things. :D

Not sure, S5 ... but a lot of teams used to have a chaplain or someone like that that would have various types of worship/prayer times/devotionals.

I do know that when I was a child - 50 plus years ago, this was a particular issue in my faith group that made many say the big boys were sinning because they did not make Sunday holy unto the Lord. That was before we found out that many pros went to worship even before they went to the ball park or got together and worshiped when they got there. :)

I am not Roman Catholic, but the Hall of Fame NFL coach Don Shula went to Mass every morning on his way to the office.

hahah awesome thinking actually. Well I doubt that they never miss Church but I can also say that for the most religious players, they probably have a 'father' on board.
