Long time Sox fan here. Fell in love with the team in 86, when I was an impressionable boy of just seven years. Of course my choices at that point were love the Sox or find somewhere else to live, so at least I can blame one of my vices on my father.

 

I love looking at the team analytically and will often use somewhat more advanced stats like xFIP or wOBA and will refer to pitchfx data pretty regularly. I'm also a bit of a prospect whore.

 

Anyway, not much more to say that anyone here has any reason to care about, so I'll just say go Sox and I'll see you guys in the game threads. :thumbsup:
