Speed Limit

Is there a Josh Beckett speed limit in MLB. He's ticked at Luke Scott for running the bases too slow after a HR. And according to the Cheerleaders (Castiglione and his buddy) Scott was "light on his feet in the batter's box" because he new Beckett was going to "learn him a lesson" with a fastball to some part of his body. What is this Red Sucks BS about respect? Beckett needs someone to drill him with a line drive off that billy goat looking chin of his. Castiglione shouldn't be allowed to announce Roller Derby!
