Ellsbury/Pedroia needs to come back so we can get Patterson off the roster' date=' this is getting a little ridiculous Francona[/quote']

What does Francona have anything to do with that?

Clearly the best lineup and OF would be Nava-Kalish-Drew, but with the 'veteran' Patterson on the roster, Francona keeps starting him.

CoachC' date=' did you mean Victor Martinez was the catcher? You have both Youk and VMart listed at 1B.[/quote']

This is freaking ridiculous!! Francona needs to get his head out of his ass.

Patterson should not be in the dugout let alone the starting lineup. If you have Nava, put him in.

Secondly, why the f&ck is Jed not in the lineup? Hall is horrible!

I am really glad I am not the only one who see this.

Yeah' date=' i heard they put Cameron on the DL and recalled Nava. I don't know why Jed isn't in the lineup but Hall isn't that bad.[/quote']

Hall: BA .235 OBP .323 SLG .446 OPS .769

Jed: BA .296 OBP .406 SLG .444 OPS .851

Jed is better. Sorry, but the stats show it. Furthermore, Jed is a million times better second baseman.

Small sample size. Bill Hall has 11 home runs already---If he played a full season, he'd have 22+ home runs this year.

You could say the same with Jed. We need someone getting hit and getting on base.

I was talking about Jed-- he's hitting .296 because he's only had a small number of at bats. Hall has hit 11 home runs, so he's proved himself.
