Also, did anyone see the interview on ESPN they replayed from last February? The witness who recounted all this was talking about how he doesn't hang around that neighborhood anymore because he was fearful Marvin Harrison might get someone to kill him or something, and a month later he was shot and killed in his car somewhere.

 

Unfortunately I will be pretty surprised if Harrison ever serves any prison time, although it looks pretty clear that he was behind all this. Just how things typically work when you're a pro athlete.

Charles Barkley was talking about pro athletes getting away with crimes last night before the Celtics vs. Bulls game.

Odd. They removed the content from the link. I just read that article last night too.

 

Basically it talked about how this guy saw Marvin Harrison get in an argument with a man, and eventually spray bullets everywhere at him and eventually kill him. This same guy did an interview with ESPN, stating he would no longer go back and hang around his old neighborhood out of fear, and a month later he was killed. Lots of weird stuff going on there. Marvin Harrison likely will never go to jail, but it certainly looks like he murdered someone.

And very likely two someones. I'm a little rusty on the technicalities of murder law, but if you are in a position of authority over a man, you tell that man "go kill so and so," and so and so is killed by that man, you just committed murder.
