The Yankees have nothing to lose in these games, they've playing very relaxed and aren't pressing at all. The Sox have gone through the lineup once and look like they're flailing out there.

He simply isn't getting ahead in the count and is throwing way too many breaking balls in the dirt. He either needs to get those pitches over or start attacking with his FB on the first pitch. They won't swing at bad pitches out of the zone, so just stop it.

He should be okay after a week or two of R and R.

 

It didn't look like it twisted his knee at all, so all the ligaments and tendons should be okay. Hopefully it'll just gonna be sore for a few weeks.

The tendons/ligaments should be fine, the concern is the patella.
