He is a rook that was just promoted from AA Portland to AAA Pawtucket. He lit it up in AA but has been underwhelming at AAA. He was a 3rd round pick of the Sox and has spent three years in MiLB since he was drafted from N.C.U.. He's 25 and the #11 prospect in the Sox system.

He has not seen a lot of time in AAA. Some on the board are very skeptical. He is here because he is the only in-system option at the moment. Lars Anderson is not ready. Carter has a larger suck coefficient.
