I'm gonna go with Geovany Soto. He led MLB in VORP for a rookie, had a very good .868 OPS and 23 HR, which are extremely good for any catcher, let alone a rookie.

Sota looks absolutley legit. He is gonna be the best C around for awhile. He's one of those guys you wish you could pull out a trade for, no matter the cost hahaha:D

I went with Soto, although Bruce had a nice year too in less games played. Soto had a really nice year and as a rookie (and catcher handling a pitching staff) it's hard to adjust to the game. He did it with flying colors.

Sota, Votto, and Bruce where very good this season. I don't think the rookie crop this year was too bad. I think the young talent in this league is unreal.
