Oh well. Good luck to him. It's unfortunate that a first rounder like him, who we later traded and then signed again, didn't pan out. Maybe we'll see him in the NBA one day.

 

 

I guess it doesnt matter because they're different sports, but I would have thought that him being a professional athlete would affect his NCAA eligibility. Guess not.

 

So much for his claim after being drafted that he would be in the big leagues in under 2 years.

According to this article he still plans on playing professional baseball during the summer.
