They were all terrible. The bud light one sneaking in beer in food at the party was a mild chuckle. Otherwise terrible.

Of course though, I was pretty pissed throughout the entire Super Bowl so maybe I wasn't in the mood to be amused.

How about the blatant racism/stereotyping during the salesgenie.com commercials?

 

I thought the ETrade talking baby was really good and the Doritos one with the mousetrap was also very funny. I can't complain about the commercials this year...I think they were far better than in previous years. Bud Light let me down, though...I can usually count on them for decent laughs...not so much this year for me.

I enjoyed Wade and Barkley's fave 5 also. I just found the whole series of their commercials funny.

Salute your shorts was excellent, haha. That was back when Niclelodeon was great.

Am I the only one that thought they were almost painful to sit through this year?

 

I have never once reached for the remote during the Super Bowl... not once. This year... I did... it happened during the commercial with the lizards dancing to thriller. They were awful this year... not one good one in the whole bunch.

Salute Your Shorts was excellent. Back in the days of Are You Afraid of the Dark and the Adventures of Pete and Pete. Excellent stuff.

The baby puking on the keyboard was my favorite of the current batch. But overall in recent years the commercials have disappointed me. You used to be able to count on some outstanding ones. Bud used to be at the top of the class.... don't know whats up with them this year.

 

How I pine for the days of Terry Tate office linebacker.
