Okajima in the 7th, Gagne in the 8th, Papelbon in the 9th yes please

 

I can only assume it would be Gagne in the 8th because thats what he mainly talked about in the press conference

 

The 8th is next. We already pitched the 7th. They should just give Oki the day off since he pitched yesterday and let Gagne get his debut. OR they could be using Oki in the 8th and Gagne in the 9th because they don't like pitching Paps on back-to-back days (especially on a day game after a night game). We'll probably see Gagne go for the save.

Said it out of frustration. Watching Lowell and Mirabelli run makes me vomit.

 

Mirabelli better drive the run in here. I don't care if he's hit a homerun today.

 

I still agree with Castiglione...even though he isnt fast, Lowell is a smart baserunner, and that counts for a lot. Remember when he danced down the line at third and got Lugo out of the rundown? Stretched that single into a double? Hes a heads up baserunner, even if he does run like an old man.

Okajima pitching the 8th? Tito at least bring out Gagne to close it out

 

EDIT: Damn 7-3 now, Pedroia just keeps it going

That's what he'll do. Paps pitched the 9th last night and Tito already dislikes using Paps on back-to-back nights anyway. Also taking into consideration that Paps was used last night and it's now a day game, Gagne will probably close it out regardless of the score.

LOL, the NESN update for the Yanks game said Roger was booed off the mound at Yankee Stadium. :lol: I f***ing love it.

 

I can't believe it. They say New York's the best place to play, but when they boo people like Roger Clemens off the mound they look incredibly stupid.

lowell messed up, though gameday isnt entirely accurate it was more towards the stands

Lowell and Cora got it confused and the ball landed right inside the left field line and bounced up into the stands.
